Week 1 Assignments!

You were given 3 assignments for Week 1.

1. Photo Reaction Paper: DUE FRIDAY (9-10-10)
* Find a picture that you like and copy and paste it onto Word, place it on the top center of the page. In paragraph form, write about who the photographer of the photo is. Give any information about the photo that photographer has provided. If ther is no information given, move to the next part. Describe the photo in detail, be as discriptive as possible. Tell about the pthot as if the reader could not see the picture but is still able to get and idea of the layout in their mind. Tell why you like the picture and why it is pleasing to the eye.

2. Exploring your camera worksheets DUE MONDAY (9-13-10) * Use your camera, manual and the Internet to answer the questions on worksheets # 1, 2 and 3.
* DO NOT TURN IN UNTIL THEY ARE ALL COMPLETE. put the worksheets in order and staple. Remember to put your class hour by your name!

3. Exploring your camera and mode settings DUE MONDAY (9-13-10)
* Take your camera home this weekend and take pictures with the different settings on your camera. Remember to keep notes on what you took, the date and time, location and settings. You will need this information when you upload your photos to your blog and when you turn in your final portfolio.
